Refund Policy

At kreatorly, we want you to be completely confident in the intelligence you receive.

Because we offer a 100% Free Tier requiring no credit card, we strongly encourage all founders to test our real-time document tracking capabilities thoroughly before upgrading to a paid subscription tier.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your paid subscription (Founder or Pro) at any time directly through your account dashboard. No painful sales calls, emails, or complex feedback loops are required.

Note: Upon cancellation, you will retain total access to your paid features, tracking alerts, and active data pipelines until the end of your current monthly billing cycle. No further recurring charges will be generated.

2. Refund Eligibility & Merchant of Record

Our order processes are executed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle manages global payment compliance, localized billing transactions, and applicable tax collection.

Standard Policy

Except as required by applicable local law or specified grace windows, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service, unspent active link allocations, or unused deal cycles.

The "Accidental Renewal" Grace Period

We understand fundraising cycles are fast and hectic. If your tier automatically renewed and you intended to cancel, contact our billing team within 48 hours of the charge. Provided you have not uploaded new documents or generated fresh active tracking links during that 48-hour window, we will process a full refund for that renewal cycle through Paddle.

Platform Errors

If a critical core framework failure on kreatorly’s infrastructure actively prevents you from utilizing premium capabilities (such as an extended, verified multi-day service outage), reach out immediately. We investigate technical incidents on a case-by-case basis to apply necessary service credits or balance adjustments.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request an internal review under our 48-hour automated renewal grace period, please initialize a direct review request with our billing desk:
