2. How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide real-time deck view notifications and analytics
• Calculate page-by-page engagement metrics for your deal rooms
• Send weekly pipeline digest emails (Founder and Pro plans)
• Process billing securely and manage your application subscription
• Detect and prevent abuse of shared links

3. Data storage

Uploaded deck files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage with server-side encryption at rest. Database records are stored in Neon PostgreSQL hosted in the US East region. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

4. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to authenticate your dashboard session. On public deck view pages, we set an anonymous visitor cookie solely to deduplicate view counts — this cookie contains no personally identifiable information. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your deal and analytics data in JSON format
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link

7. Data retention

We retain your account data for 30 days after account deletion before permanent removal. Anonymised aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely. Uploaded deck files are deleted within 7 days of account deletion.
