Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, username, profile photo, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register.

Creator information: bio, page details, tier descriptions, payout details, linked wallet IDs (eSewa/Khalti), and social profile links (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) provided during onboarding or when joining our beta waitlist.

Payment information: transaction records and billing details processed by our third-party payment providers. Kreatorly does not store full card numbers, raw wallet credentials, or account passwords on its own servers — these are handled via secure, encrypted SDKs of our integrated payment aggregators.

Content: posts, images, and videos you upload, including membership content shared with fans.

Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, device fingerprints, pages visited, streaming duration, click paths, and general interaction data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

Videos and other media uploaded to Kreatorly are stored and streamed using Bunny.net (Bunny CDN), a third-party content delivery and video streaming provider. When you upload or watch a video on Kreatorly, that file is transmitted to and served from Bunny's infrastructure on our behalf.

Bunny processes this content solely to store and deliver it quickly to viewers around the world — it does not use your content for its own marketing or advertising purposes. Bunny may log basic technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of delivering video content, consistent with its own privacy practices.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account and Creator or Fan dashboard
• Facilitate membership access, exclusive content delivery, and community features (direct messages, channels)
• Process membership payments and generate accurate payouts and transaction receipts for creators
• Deliver, host, and stream the content you upload or access
• Send account, billing, and service-related notifications, and distribute platform newsletters and email communications
• Improve platform performance, analytical dashboards, and reliability
• Detect and prevent fraud, system exploits, abuse, and violations of our terms

We rely on trusted third parties to operate Kreatorly, including:

• Payment processors — eSewa, Khalti, connectIPS, and Stripe, to finalize subscriptions, payments, and creator payouts
• Bunny.net, for video and media hosting and delivery
• Cloud hosting, database, and analytics infrastructure, for authentication, application hosting, and platform analytics

Each of these providers processes data only as needed to perform their service and is bound by their own privacy and security practices.

Kreatorly uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit some features. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not sell your personal information or user databases to data brokers. We share data only:

• With service providers (such as Bunny.net and our payment processors) who help us operate the platform
• Between a creator and their supporting fans, limited to what's needed for membership delivery (e.g., a creator can see who is subscribed to their page)
• When required by law, legal process, law enforcement request, or regulatory obligation within Nepal, or to protect the rights and safety of Kreatorly, our users, or the public
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, with notice to affected users

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period; public profiles and subscription ties are dissolved, though transactional and payout records are archived as required by financial regulations, tax law, or fraud-prevention obligations.

We implement industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. Content metrics and interaction logs are archived securely. No method of digital transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account. You can access, update, or delete most of your account information, channel settings, or linked wallets directly from your dashboard at any time. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request permanent account deletion. Upon confirmed deletion, transactional logs are retained only as required by financial regulations, subject to legal and contractual limitations (for example, records needed for completed transactions).

Kreatorly is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.

Kreatorly is based in Nepal, but some of our service providers — including Bunny.net's content delivery network and our payment and hosting infrastructure — operate servers in multiple countries. This means your data, including uploaded video content, may be processed or cached outside Nepal as part of delivering the service to you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the platform or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Kreatorly after an update means you accept the revised policy.
